Hi Heather,

I will work to get this converted to grams. In the meantime, if your dough is too runny you can add a bit more gluten free flour and/or refrigerate the dough. Some types and brands of almond flour & GF flour absorb liquid differently so adding a few tablespoons is fine.

Hi Melissa, thank you so much for this amazing recipe! However, I think my dough was too runny (I could almost pour it out of the bowl). Your recipe specifies the GF flour and Almond flour in cups, but could you also provide the measurements by weight (of the GF flour and Almond Flour)? I usually have better luck measuring dry ingredients by weight than volume. Thank you so much!
