My eight year old grandson and I made these after school today. Very easy recipe for him to learn about measuring ingredients, etc. He was very excited to make them and they were very good!

These are so good! Great flavor, soft – the perfect cookie bar. I will try it in a smaller pan next time JUST to see how I feel about a thicker version but this version is so good as is.
