This is the best recipe. I made it for my brothers birthday last week. He accused me of buying the cake and passing it off as homemade. Then I made it again for a baby shower at work and I had at least 4 people come up to me and say that it was the best cookie cake they’ve ever had. I made a double layered one this weekend for my sister in law and then baking one tonight before my daughters birthday. It has now become my go-to recipe in a matter of 10 days!
