The cookie cake was soft and delicious. I made 2 for my son’s birthday party and while the first one took me a while, once I knew what I was doing it was pretty simple. I cheated and used store bought frosting to save time but the cookie cake recipe will definitely be used again and will try the frosting recipe next time. It was a last minute change and I didn’t have a cookie cake pan or time to buy one I used the instructions to make your own and it worked really well, nothing stuck to the foil so the cookie had pretty clean edges.

I used the licorice method and it turned out some pretty! This was for a baseball party and it went by so fast! It honestly tasted like cookie dough ice cream!
