Love these! I cut out with Christmas Tree cookie cutters. Sprinkled with paprika, some with dill, added some chipotle powder. Guests loved them!

Original recipe is very accurate for flavor. I sprinkled on some Everything but the Pizza flavoring from PC before baking and they taste similar to my favorite store bought fish crackers. Definitely need to roll thin and don’t be stingy when putting a hole in the center or you get very tasty pillows. Will certainly try them again.

Thank you for putting a recipe on here that didn’t require a food processor. I would stress to make them thin. My first batch were very puffed and more resembled tiny biscuits than crackers. Super tasty. I prefer a bit more salt. Thank you again!
