Lives up to the “ultimate” name. I have made a lot of banana breads and this one gets top marks. I don’t know if it is the yogurt or the cornstarch but this recipe made the best banana bread we have had. And that is after mixing up the ingredients, spooning into the pan, placing in the hot oven for a few minutes then realizing the eggs were still sitting on the counter. So back into the bowl with the eggs and it still baked up like a dream.

I used yogurt and added in some walnuts (which I usually avoid in baking) and a few chocolate chips.
