I have made these so many times now! The recipe is quick, easy, and results in the same beautiful treats every time! Have added sprinkles for 4th of July, Christmas, etc… I will be trying all of these recipes now!

Hey Vera! What type of pan did you use; light metal, glass, disposable? Also, do you have an internal oven thermometer? They are around $5 on amazon and all my ovens over the years have been 15-20 degrees off and are 100 degrees off when they *say* they’re preheated, so they take longer to preheat to the correct temperature. It sounds like your oven might run cold.

I made these and baked them for 14 min 350 and they were still almost raw. Put them back in for a few mins. Not sure if I did something wrong???? Followed the recipe.

DELICIOUS! I have been craving s’mores for the past week, and I wanted an elevated version of them. I searched on TikTok, and this was the only recipe that really stood out to me. This is the perfect recipe and is super easy to make. The s’mores cookie bars are not overly sweet, but still have that nostalgic warm feeling when you take a bite. Thank you so so much for this recipe, and I will be making these for parties and the holidays!

These bars are phenomenal! Yesterday I made them for the second time in 8 days. There are only 2 bars left today. Make them. You will not regret it.

Hi Shane! I haven’t made this dough ahead but I think it would be fine to store in the fridge in a bowl tightly covered with plastic wrap. I will say that since this dough uses melted butter, it does have the tendency to dry out the longer it sits or chills so you will need to let it sit at room temperature before pressing it into the pan and you might even need to pop it in the microwave for like 10 seconds to help you warm it back up (it will be “hard” when chilled which may also make it tricker to not crack the graham crackers below).

Overall, I’d definitely say it’s worth a shot! Report back how it works for you.
