Easy Cake Batter Ice Cream
Grab your favorite vanilla ice cream and a bottle of cake batter extract (it's cheap on Amazon!) to make cake batter ice cream at home!
Servings: You can adjust this recipe based on servings; just use about 1.5 teaspoons cake batter extract per 1 ½ quarts of ice cream.
Ingredients
- 6 cups (1.5 quarts) vanilla icecream, slightly softened I used Kroger brand "Artisan Vanilla Bean"
- 1 ½ teaspoon cake batter extract I use McCormick Brand
- Optional mix-ins and toppings: Rainbow sprinkles, brownies, hot fudge, crushed candy

Method 1: Freeze a metal Kitchenaid bowl for 20-30 minutes. Add ice cream and cake batter extract to bowl and use the paddle-attachement to mix until combined. Stir in mix-ins and enjoy!
Method 2: Blend ice cream and cake batter extract in a blender. Depending on yoru blender, you may need to add a little milk to help it incorporate. Stir in mix-ins.
