Chewy, soft, and easy cookie cake. I followed the recipe and even used the foil ring instead of a round pan. As the recipe suggested I had to bake about 5 additional minutes. The recipe is a keeper!

I made a gluten free version with King Arthur measure for measure flour. I doubled the recipe and baked it in the big rock crock pizza pan from Pampered Chef. 14 minutes, it was done. Needs a little more salt, but that’s usually my complaint with my sister’s cookies, as well.
